Growing up a child of the world has given her a tremendous respect for diversity and appreciation for the psychology of how people think and act. Living in multiple countries and continents has taught her how to adapt and recalibrate her way to success. She loves a good laugh and says without sports, cultural expeditions (having spoken or studied six languages), reading, and most importantly her family (including the furry part), her life would not be even a fraction of what it is today. She is a graduate of Duke University and a Blue Devil through and through. Her company is Active Ingredients Inc. and she is reachable at Vandana@ActiveIngredientsInc. com. The road to sustainable, long-term success is not one of domination and defeat; it’s a path walked by a quiet warrior whose weapons are kindness and compassion. The recent global pandemic has changed our world forever. As the pieces are slowly put back together, the call for empathy and communicative awareness has never been more readily sought after, especially in the business.
