Laura Gallaher is an organizational psychologist, executive coach, and speaker, with a PhD in psychology. She was hired by NASA to positively influence culture and develop leadership capacity. Dr. Gallaher was also hired by The Walt Disney Company to help manage radical changes in the performance management process. Dr. Gallaher and Dr. Meade are the co-authors of Habits of Success owners of Gallaher Edge, a boutique consultancy that applies the science of human behavior to organizations to align their cultures from the inside out. Together they have worked with dozens of organizations across various industries to help leaders develop the cultural characteristics of maturity, diversity, community, and unity.
