Carl H. Mitchell has an engineering and computer background, having graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology. He lives in Tarpon Springs, Florida, with his wife of fifty-seven years. They spend the summer and Thanksgiving through Christmas with their daughter’s family in Hillsborough, New Jersey. Downhill skiing has been one of his enjoyable pastimes. He was drawn into the world of fiction as a young teenager. Victor Hugo’s The Hunchback of Notre Dame was the initial enticement. Isaac Asimov, Robert Heinlein, and Ernest Hemingway completed his capture. He writes to entertain and challenge his readers.
