Heather Ann Fink is a certified life transformation coach who specializes in mentoring people who love deeply but struggle with repeating painful patterns in their intimate relationships, to experience the joyful and nourishing intimacy and connections they desire. She is deeply fulfilled by expertly teaching clients a path to freedom beyond learned patterns and coping strategies that were initiated in traumatic experiences, so they can confidently step into a life that is self-authored, pleasurable and deeply satisfying. Heather’s own life models the transformation that is possible for her clients, through standing in the fire, identifying unhealthy behaviors in herself and her relationships, and her commitment to the deep work of shifting her own beliefs, conditioning and limitations as they have arisen.
