Ankit “Andy” Mehta is a co-owner and partner at the Bristol Group, a nationwide Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory and Business Brokerage firm. He works with lower middle-market business owners to sell their businesses to strategic buyers and private equity groups. The Bristol Group brings together decades of expertise in structuring business transactions and valuations. Working across a national network of offices, their individualized approach guarantees that every client receives the requisite personal attention to meet their needs.

Prior to co-owning the Bristol Group, Andy worked in M&A advisory at national consulting firms for twelve years, completing over a hundred transactions advising business owners, private equity groups, investment banks, and strategic buyers.

Andy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with University Honors from the University of Michigan and completed executive accounting and leadership programs at the University of North Carolina. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA®) and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.

Andy lives in a northern suburb of Dallas, TX with his wife and daughter. Outside of work he enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors, serving the local community, and spending time with friends and family.
