STEP 1: STRATEGIZE

You’ll meet with our CEO Alinka Rutkowska to explore your book idea and build your strategy: she’ll help you position your book in the marketplace, define how it fits in and stands out, and prepare you for handoff to one of our Publishing Directors.

STEP 2: ORIENTATION

Working with one of our Publishing Directors, you’ll further refine your book idea and they’ll build an outline and table of contents that fits the vision you have in your head. This document will serve as our map throughout the book creation process, ensuring we end up with exactly the book you wanted.

STEP 3: INTERVIEWS

Our Publishing Director will continue working with you throughout the interview process. Using the outline developed for your project, they will put together questions to help pull all of your knowledge and experience out of your head in your voice. Once a week (or more frequently, if arranged), they will interview you for one hour. Every interview is recorded for later transcription, so we have access to your exact words.

STEP 4: WRITING

One of our professional ghostwriters will immediately begin working with your transcripts, arranging the information in order according to your outline. Once all interviews are complete, they will craft your words into a future bestseller in the style you desire, whether conversational or academic.

STEP 5: EDITING

Once complete, you will review your manuscript with your Publishing Director and ghostwriter - you’ll have the chance to provide feedback and ask for changes in this first round of editing. Next, your manuscript will be sent out for developmental editing to ensure it’s structured correctly. When any necessary revisions have been made, your manuscript will be reviewed by a professional copyeditor for spelling and grammar.

STEP 6: PACKAGING

With our manuscript finalized, we can focus on your book’s presentation. Our layout team will create professional and attractive layouts calibrated for print and digital, while our cover artist puts together an engaging cover that attracts readers. Your writing team will also help you put together cover copy and an author bio optimized to perform on Amazon and establish your expertise with your audience.

STEP 7: LAUNCHING

With your book packaged and metadata optimized to perform, we’ll start building your launch team. We’ll also help you put together a press release you can share with your friends and colleagues. Your book will launch to Amazon bestseller status, meaning thousands of customers will find your book via Amazon’s algorithms within the first week. We’ll also share your book with thousands of librarians, and our overseas literary rights agent will begin pitching foreign publishers to license rights to your book with 100% of the proceeds going into your pocket.

STEP 8: ESTABLISHING A SALES FUNNEL

One of the keys to a successful book launch for a company or consultant is having your sales funnel set up prior to the book’s launch - that way, leads immediately start coming in upon publication. Alinka will show you how to set up a six-figure funnel and use your book as a prime lead generation tool if that is your goal.
